Sequins, satin, and anything that argues with a strobe.

Glamour is the shoot where restraint is the enemy. The camera rewards surfaces that fight back — sequins, satin, metallic thread — because every light source multiplies across them. Build the look from one reflective hero piece and keep hair and makeup polished to match; half-finished glam reads as costume, committed glam reads as editorial.
Light it hard and shoot it late: a single strobe with a beauty dish, or golden hour with the sun behind the shoulder. Backgrounds should be saturated and simple — the dress is the event, everything else is staging.
