White linen, gold light, and a deck that does the styling.

Yacht style is effortless on purpose: an open white linen shirt over a swimsuit, tailored white shorts, nautical stripes, and bare feet — deck rules double as styling rules. Gold light does the rest; schedule the shoot for the last two hours of sun and let the water throw its reflections onto every frame.
The boat provides the props: rigging to lean on, a bow to stretch across, a captain's hat if the mood allows the wink. Keep the palette white, navy and gold; anything neon fights the sea. A marina slip rents for an hour — the shoot doesn't need the boat to leave the dock.
